Our team is a motivated bunch of professionals working as a cohesive unit to ensure each and every assignment is well researched, comprehensively delivered and critical parameters are met. Difficult assignments are our speciality as we take pride in doing what other’s failed in. Our own success metrics are harder and have more stringent quality standards. While as a team we are very success oriented, we still remember to apply empathetic approach to each individual we come across.

The team is led by Yuvraj Varma.

Yuvraj Varma is Managing Partner with Bay Steeds.

Yuvraj began his executive search career over 18 years ago and has been focusing on leadership searches across industries and functions. Over the last decade, he has worked on Retained Searches, Board Advisory, Leadership Coaching, and Diversity Hiring. Prior to Bay Steeds, he was with retained executive search firms.

Over the years, he has conducted more than 250 successful executive search projects, and has advised Multi-National Companies, Large Indian Groups, and Startups. He has also developed specialist expertise in Board, CEO, CTO, CHRO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Analytics, CFO, CMO, Engineering leaders, evangelists, and general counsel search mandates, as well as on handling diversity & inclusion-focused projects.

Bay Steeds was founded by him in 2013 and has made significant strides in developing a niche for doing leadership search mandates. His hands-on approach contributes to each mandate being closely scrutinised and hand-held. His people first approach makes him connect easily and seamlessly to build lasting bonds with both candidates and clients.
